KSV Accounting and Auditing Solutions offers GST registration & filing, Income Tax return filing, firm & company registrations, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), PAN services, and related consultancy services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for filing and registrations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data and any login credentials.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in advance for services. Once a service is initiated or a government filing is completed, payments are non-refundable.

5A. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related messages and updates from KSV Accounting and Auditing Solutions via WhatsApp. These may include reminders, document requests, and service updates. We will not send promotional content via WhatsApp without your explicit consent. You may opt-out of WhatsApp communication at any time by replying with “STOP”.

KSV will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client or technical issues beyond our control.
